West Indies skipper Chris Gayle says any buffoons who invade the pitch in their upcoming ODI series against Australia will be "dealt with" by the entire Windies side.

His comments came after Sunday's incident at the WACA in the final ODI between Pakistan and Australia, when some idiot ran onto the field and tackled Khalid Latif before being muscled off and handed a lifetime ban.

"I don't know what would happen at the time (if a West Indies player was hit), maybe we would all just jump on (the spectator)", Gayle said in a press interview ahead of the series.

Imagine being jumped on by the West Indies XI - Gayle, Darren Sammy, Dwayne Bravo and Kieron Pollard jumping all over you, breaking every bone in your body, before making way for wicketkeeper Denesh Ramdin to approach, bend down and whisper obscenities about your mother into your ear as you breathe your last.

So much death. So many broken dreams and bones.

If only the Windies would apply such ruthlessness to their game - we might actually have a good series on our hands.
